Thank you for considering me for your hair care needs! I’m Kelanah, a licensed hairstylist with over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry. For more than a decade, I had the opportunity to build my experience and clientele at Hair Cuttery, working with a diverse range of hair types, textures, and clients. I specialize in creating customized hair experiences that prioritize both the desired result and the overall health of the hair. While color services and blowouts are among my favorite services to perform, my experience extends across a wide range of cutting, styling, color, and chemical services. My approach to hair care is centered around customization, education, and maintaining the integrity of your hair. I believe healthy hair and beautiful results should go hand in hand. All styling services include a customized deep conditioning treatment, and all lightening services include a professional bond-building treatment to help support the integrity of the hair throughout the lightening process. My goal is for every client to leave my chair feeling confident, cared for, and excited about their hair. Booking & Payment Info A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your total service balance. * Chemical services: 30% deposit * All other services: $10 deposit I accept cash, debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Cash payments: If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount. Change cannot be provided at this time. Thank you for your understanding. First-Time Color Clients: A consultation is required before booking your first color service. This allows us to discuss your color history, desired result, hair goals, and whether your desired color is achievable based on the current condition and history of your hair. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining service total.
No-Shows
Missing your appointment without notice will result in a fee equal to 85% of the remaining service total.
Clients who no-show more than once will no longer be eligible to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please communicate as soon as possible if you are running behind. Arriving late may shorten your appointment time or affect the following scheduled appointment.
If your tardiness interferes with the appointment scheduled after yours and your service cannot be completed without causing a significant delay, your appointment may be canceled. This will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the remaining service total.
